Laila Rossi Joins Platinum Solutions as CEO
Reston, VA (February 2, 2004) - Laila Rossi has been named Platinum Solutions Chief Executive Officer. She brings IT consulting and management experience including lifecycle development, software quality assurance and management of software releases, programs/projects, processes, contracts and finances. She will oversee day-to-day operations and further establish process and procedure improvements for Platinum Solutions. Previously, she worked for Accenture, LLC, where she administered multi-million dollar projects for federal government clients. Ms. Rossi served in a variety of roles ranging from software design, development and testing to process improvement and project/program management. She was also involved in leadership development, recruiting, business development and marketing.
Ms. Rossi earned her Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a concentration in Information Systems from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech). She earned her undergraduate degree (B.S.) in Psychology from Virginia Tech. Ms. Rossi holds an active Secret clearance with the Department of Defense, FBI. She is a member of the Washington DC Software Process Improvement Network (SPIN) and the Northern Virginia Technology Counsel (NVTC).
