Salary

Bonuses
All employees are eligible for discretionary project bonuses awarded at the completion of a project for exceptional performance. This includes successful completion on time and on budget; level of effort expended; and new, useful ideas or implementations that lead to efficiencies or cost savings, etc.
401(k) Plan
The 401(k) plan offers you the opportunity to contribute up to the maximum allowed by law. We match up to 4 percent of qualifying contributions and you can choose from a diverse selection of funds in which to invest. You are 100 percent vested from day one of your participation.

Flex Spending Accounts
Employees may enroll in a flexible spending account program to set aside pretax dollars to be used for medical expenses such as co-pays, lab fees, and any other eligible out-of-pocket medical expenses up to $3,500. Also, flexible spending account can be used for dependent care expenses up to $5,000.
