The Basics
Health & Wellness
Few things are more important than staying healthy which is why we cover 100 percent of the cost associated with the medical and dental premiums for employees - no matter which plan you choose. You may also add an eligible spouse or dependents (you pay the premiums for add-ons). All medical plans include prescription and vision benefits. We also host various wellness events such as on-premises flu vaccinations for our employees.
Protection Insurance
We don't want you to stress about unlikely "what ifs." Platinum Solutions provides long and short term disability insurance policies to take care of you and your family in the event of lost wages if you become unable to work due to illness or injury. All employees receive a fully-paid life insurance policy based on their annual salary (up to $100,000) and you are protected by our workers' compensation insurance policy at no cost to you.
Holidays
Additionally, you'll also have eight paid holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and one floating holiday to be used at your discretion.
Bereavement Leave
If needed, you're entitled to three days of paid bereavement leave in the event of the unfortunate loss of an immediate family member.
Family and Medical Leave
If you need family leave for the birth or adoption of a child or for a serious health condition, you may take up to 12 weeks of unpaid family leave during any 24-month period. This plan is administered in accordance with the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA).
Emergency Travel Assistance
24-hour world-wide emergency travel assistance is available free of charge through our insurance provider, whether traveling for business or pleasure.
